Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Prepaid Orders: UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Wallets.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with advance payment of ₹80–₹120. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of delivery.

2. Prepaid Orders

All prepaid orders come with free shipping across India.

Full payment must be completed at checkout to confirm the order.

3. COD Orders

COD is available only after paying an advance booking charge of ₹80–₹120.

Orders without advance payment will not be processed.

Advance payment is non-refundable in case the customer cancels the order.

4. Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.

JyotiGadgets does not store any customer’s card or banking details.

5. Refunds

If a prepaid order is eligible for refund, it will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
