We provide shipping across all over India.

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery time may vary between 3–7 working days depending on your location.

Remote areas may take a little longer for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers must pay an advance of ₹80–₹120 to confirm their COD order. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

Customers can track their order status online until it is delivered.

5. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural calamities, festivals, strikes).

In such cases, JyotiGadgets will keep customers informed of any delays.
