Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

Only wrong or defective products are eligible for return/replacement.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

Returns without video proof will not be accepted.

2. Video Guidelines

The video must show the sealed parcel, full opening process, and the received product clearly.

The video must be continuous without any cuts, edits, or pauses.

Edited or incomplete videos will not be considered valid for a return.
